THE VISION
Each year between 700,000 and 1,000,000 teens will enter adulthood and age out of school-based Autism services, which means losing access to valuable resources.
This is why we are committed to creating programs that provide vocational opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities that are community based and circular in nature.
Research demonstrates that job activities that encourage independence reduce Autism symptoms and increase daily living skills.

Micro-Entrepreneurship Pilot Program
Our unique micro-entrepreneurial pilot business program designs customized strategic partnerships between nonprofit organizations, adults with developmental disabilities, and private for-profit individuals and/or organizations.

May 1, 2020 marks the launch of our inaugural Micro-Entrepreneur Vocational Training partnership between the Pioneer Foundation, Pioneer School Programs and Spectrum Consulting. Stop by for a treat when you find yourself in Ocean Beach. We are located at the entrance to Robb Field Park.
